Key Responsibilities:

Drive engagement, investigation, and resolution on operational Problem management topics
Analyze data to comprehend customer issues, identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and create prioritized backlog items and solutions for impacted services
Contribute to and/or lead the resolution of ongoing high-priority production issues
Employ statistical tools and techniques to identify process gaps, root cause issues, and motivate data-driven decision making
Cooperate with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate business impacts, develop best practice plans, and communicate final recommendations to prevent recurrence of high-priority Incidents

Skills & Qualifications:

Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
Infrastructure knowledge of Cloud, Networks, Load Balancers, Servers, Firewalls
Self-starter with a talent for debugging complex issues
Advanced understanding of data sources & relationships, reporting tools and systems knowledge, including experience in measuring, and managing data quality

Education/Certifications:

ITIL certification is a bonus

Location: Greenville, South Carolina

This opportunity predominantly involves an onsite presence. You will need to operate from an onsite location, although there may be flexibility for up to 50% remote work.

The salary bracket for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. The actual compensation offered will be based on your unique skills, experience, and qualifications.
