- Greet and check-in arriving guests using both manual and computerized methods
- Facilitate guest check-out procedures daily
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Answer inquiries, accept reservations, and utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote occupancy
- Maintain good customer relations and stay informed about hotel events
- Operate PBX equipment for guest communication
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor
- Assist other employees and departments as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Front Desk experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand indoors for extended periods
