    What we're looking for:

    CCRN is seeking PRN Behavioral Health Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our caring and compassionate team in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. As a Behavioral Health Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide individualized behavioral support services in school-based settings to participants with special needs.

    What you'll do:
    • Provide in-school support to participants with special needs
    • Maintain positive relationships with teachers and other staff
    • Consult with and assist the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) in the development and implementation of treatment plans
    • Adhere to CCRN documentation standards. Complete detailed written progress notes of each IBHS service session.
    What you'll need:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent and three (3) years of direct care experience OR a combination of education and experience
    • Must be able to obtain necessary clearances and complete CPR/First Aid
    Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Health related field and three (3) years of direct care experience OR a combination of education and experience
