Welder - Advanced Manufacturing Welder is responsible for welding of new dollies, and support of new product integration at Boston Whaler.
Candidate must be fork lift certified and capable of operating large equipment throughout the campus. Requires initiative and the ability to work under minimal supervision
Candidate must be able to have a flexible schedule and be willing to work overtime, including weekends if needed to support production needs
Welding Certification from accredited college
Use all fabrication and welding tools, power and hand tools
Basic computer, math, reading and measurement proficiency
Fork lift certified and capable of operating other heavy equipment
Lift up to 30 lbs up to 60% of shift and 50 lbs up to 30% of shift; While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; and toxic or caustic chemicals.
