Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Demonstrate extensive skills and experience needed to influence, mentor, and coach both junior and senior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and code quality.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in and frontend development, incorporating new technologies and best practices into our development processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our development workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
