    Position Overview:
    We are Seeking a Passionate and Results-Driven Residential Plumbing Sales Specialist to Expand our Dig & Drains Services. This Role Involves Identifying and Developing New Business Opportunities, Managing Customer Relationships, and Providing Expert Advice on Plumbing Solutions for Residential Clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Key Responsibilities:

      • Conduct In-Home Consultations to Assess Plumbing Needs and Recommend Solutions.
      • Provide Clients with Accurate Pricing, Timelines, and Service Details.
      • Build and Maintain Relationships with Existing Customers to Encourage Repeat Business and Referrals.
      • Collaborate with the Operations Team to Ensure Smooth Scheduling and Job Execution.
      • Stay Current with Industry Trends, Product Knowledge, and Best Practices.
      • Achieve Sales Targets and Contribute to the Growth of the Business.

    Requirements

    • Requirements:

      • Previous Experience in Sales or Customer Service, Preferably in the Plumbing or Home Services Industry.
      • Strong Knowledge of Plumbing Systems and Services, Including Drainage and Excavation.
      • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
      • Self-Motivated, Results-Driven, and Able to Work Independently.
      • Ability to Build Rapport with Customers and Provide Outstanding Service.
      • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.
      • Experience with CRM Tools is a Plus.
    • All Candidates Must Undergo Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Background Checks, and Have a Valid Drivers License with Good Driving Record.
