    Position Overview:
    A

    Project Manager

    is needed to join Elite Paradigm's expanding team in Atlanta, Georgia.

    You will join the Engineering & Solutions (E&S) team at Elite Paradigm for projects involving the design and development of communication, navigation, radar, avionics, power, and/or electrical systems architecture, components, circuits, and products, E&S offers sustainment support.

    Our team members complete engineering, reverse engineering and logistics solution efforts to solve complex obsolescence problems and ensure supportability.

    This project management position will assist the program manager with large-scale projects, including technical planning, requirements development and tracking, system integration, risk management, logistics support, parts obsolescence, cybersecurity, reliability / maintainability, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for complete systems.

    The entire overall system product is subjected to analysis, including the concept, specifications, design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.

    To ensure on-time delivery of the project's deliverables, this person will coordinate team efforts.
    Responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to the following:
    Serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
    Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
    Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
    Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
    Supports proposal development / capture planning and strategic planning
    Develops customer relationships and customer intimacy
    Develops and manages adherence to Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
    Tracks and prepares project deliverables, coordinating individual contributor input to ensure on time delivery
    Captures and distributes meeting records

    Basic Qualifications:
    Must have either a bachelor's degree with 3 years of project management experience or a master's degree with 1 year of experience supporting Aerospace, Department of Defense, Government contracts, or project management experience
    Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
    Must be able to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia
    Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization (written and oral) and have excellent presentation skills

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher)
    Experience working within an Integrated Product Team (IPT)
    Experience with Risk Management, Return to Green (RTG) plans and scheduling cross functional activities
    Experience with earned value management
    Experience with US Government customers and aerospace industry
    Experience and detailed knowledge of Technical Orders (e.g., System, Commodity, inspection, repair, and overhaul, Illustrated Parts Breakdown)
    Highly experienced using Microsoft (MS) Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Project
    Ability, once acclimated, to perform tasks autonomously with minimal oversight/supervision as needed
    Experience using the following Web applications/Software programs: SharePoint; Teamcenter, etc.
    Experience with Air Force and/or Government project procedures and reporting deliverable requirements
