    Job Title: Full-Time Assistant Manager at Woodland Hills Mall Tulsa, OK

    • Qualifications:
    • Education: High school diploma required, some college preferred.
    • Retail Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a retail management role.
    • Supervisor/Managerial Experience: 1 year of management experience preferred.
    • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, bend at the waist, kneel, squat, and reach above the shoulder frequently.

    Work Schedule Requirements:

    Assistant Store Managers are required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. They may need to work more hours depending on the store's needs, including nights, weekends, and peak holiday periods. Overtime compensation is provided for eligible hourly employees.
