The base pay is competitive and varies depending on your experience.

Shift Differentials:

Weekday Evening $3.00

Weekday Overnight $4.00

Weekend Day: $4.00

Weekend Evening: $6.00

Full Job Description

Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift

Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.

Help Residents with personal hygiene

Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse

Document Resident food and fluid intake

Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements

Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy

Transport Residents within the facility

Assist nurses and other staff as needed

Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures

Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards

Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TMA

As a TMA, you are on the front line, interfacing between our residents and all other staff. You provide direct care and medication management for residents. Determined to preserve the dignity of each resident. You go home each day tired but feeling good about the positive impact you have made in the lives of vulnerable people in your community.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TMA

• Ability to pass a background check
• TMA License Required and preferably 1-year experience
• CNA License preferred

Previous experience with patient care, medication administration, basic medical terminology, or related work is preferred. Do you have a positive, can-do attitude?
