Job description: As an Associate Sales Representative at Theralogix, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Regional Sales Manager in developing and managing a profitable sales territory. Your primary focus will be on promoting Theralogix products to physician offices, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in implementing the territory's sales strategy. This position involves a combination of in-office visits, virtual meetings, phone calls, and travel within the designated region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with physician offices to introduce and detail Theralogix products, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure offices have adequate supplies and materials to recommend Theralogix products and offer training to staff on product usage and referrals.
    • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to plan and execute the territory's sales strategy, aiming to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Coordinate and support sales events, including lunches, breakfasts, virtual meetings, and presentations for physicians and corporate staff.
    • Attend regional medical conferences as an exhibitor, setting up and managing the booth during exhibit hours.
    • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to perform high-value activities, such as setting up new offices, organizing large presentations, and visiting key practices.
    • Independently visit locations and offices to increase frequency of engagement and reach practices that may not be regularly visited.
    • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, sending email messages to offices, data mining, and identifying new providers within the territory to support strategic initiatives.

    Typical Work Week:
At Theralogix, the work week is designed to be flexible, allowing you to seize opportunities that present themselves within your territory. We understand that schedules may vary, so here's an example of what a typical work week might include:

    • Mondays and Fridays will primarily consist of office-based work, including emails and calls to physician offices, order processing, and coordination.
    • Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays will be traveling days, with the expectation of 50% travel to support and engage with physician offices in the designated region.

    Expectations:

    • Anticipate frequent communication with the Regional Sales Manager to discuss strategies, activities, and results.
    • Participate in both independent and collaborative visits to physician offices and medical conferences.
    • Contribute to the success of the sales region through exceptional performance and commitment to the company's mission.

    Compensation:

    • This position offers a combination of salary and variable compensation.
    • The variable compensation structure is designed to incentivize and reward outstanding sales performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders professionally.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

At Theralogix, we are committed to empowering our customers and promoting a healthy lifestyle through our products. If you are passionate about healthcare, customer engagement, and sales, we welcome your application for the Associate Sales Representative role.
