The Member Service Representative position at Baldwin EMC involves assisting members with incoming calls and services requested or connecting them with the proper person.Key responsibilities include processing credit card payments and payments by mail, accomplishing tasks related to new services, meter sets, disconnects, and changeovers,
understanding and explaining billing information such as power cost adjustment,
posting payment assistance information in IVUE,
interacting with Staking Engineers regarding new service requests
