    $45–$50/hour Journeyman Licensed | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Company Truck.

    Your New Role

    • Based in O'Fallon, Missouri and serving a 20 mile surrounding area

    • Complete 4 to 5 residential plumbing service calls per day

    • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair or replacement solutions

    • Install water heaters, clear drains, repair or replace fixtures, and perform general residential plumbing services

    • Communicate findings and options clearly to homeowners

    • Follow safety procedures and ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company quality standards

    • Maintain an organized and well stocked service vehicle

    • Only candidates with an active St. Louis County Journeyman Plumbing license will be considered

    • Valid driver's license

    • Experience with residential service plumbing, including diagnostics and repairs

    • Strong communication and customer service skills
