POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is currently looking for an experienced technical recruiter to join our thriving & experienced recruiting division specializing in Information Technology to support their opportunities in the Tristate.

This is a highly successful close-knit team that is really looking for someone who can hit the ground running. If you are highly motivated with previous experience in recruiting and/or IT this could be the position for you


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full Life-Cycle recruiting of IT professionals working in MSPs, Fortune 500s, startups, and legal firms
Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
Build a network of candidates utilizing the companys applicant tracking system and all other resources.
Come up with creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS Degree
At least 2 years of technical perm recruiting experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven success working in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent organizational skills and team player
