    Overview

    Auto Plus is a prominent distributor of automotive aftermarket parts. Pep Boys, established in 1921, is a leading automotive aftermarket chain with numerous service bays across the United States and Puerto Rico. As a combined entity, Auto Plus Pep Boys consists of over 21,000 associates, 20+ distribution centers, and 1,000+ corporate sites in addition to supporting numerous independently-owned stores and service centers.

    Available Positions Nationwide:

    • Store Service Manager: Responsible for achieving sales goals, providing superior customer service, and ensuring shop productivity.
    • Assistant Service Manager: Supports the service team, drives sales, and maintains shop productivity.
    • Customer Service Advisor: Contributes to organizational growth through customer engagement and expert product knowledge.
    • Fleet Service Advisor: Acts as the main contact for fleet customers, resolves service issues, and manages fleet account database information.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent for non-managerial roles.
    • Valid Driver's License.
    • Related experience in the automotive service field.
    • Supervisory and management experience for managerial roles.
    • Mathematical proficiency for calculating commissions and discounts.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
