- Setup machines/Assist Operators with Setup
- Run first article inspection
- Perform in-process inspection
- Attention to detail, medical device requires detailed paperwork and traceability
- Assist with program optimization to meet quality/production goals
- Keep workplace organized
- Fill out work order and quality data
- Must have experience with Mills or Lathes
- Versed in various measuring tools (indicators, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator)
- Experience selecting cutting tools, and work holding solutions
- Experience with Citizen Swiss Lathes (M-Series, L-Series), CAV and Tryton Barloaders a plus
- Experience with Precipitation Hardened Stainless Steels, feeds and speeds
- Good attendance and a low scrap rate are very important to this company.

CNC Screw Machine Operators 2nd Shift (4) for medical device manufacturer located in the Lake Forest CA area.Great opportunity with a stable company.Temporary to Hire opportunity.Hours are:
2nd Shift, 3:15 pm - 11:45 pm, Monday - Friday plus 2 Saturdays a month.Saturday hours are 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Overtime is mandatory. Company will complete Drug Screen and Background Check prior to start. Resumes will be presented with expected pay.Excellent benefits including 100% paid medical, dental and vision for employees and 401K with 4% matching after the first year.
