    Luxury Lighting Design studio located in Manhattan, NY has an immediate opening for a full time
    Business Operations Specialist

    Key Role:


    This person provides exceptional customer service to all customers and business partners, ensures that operational processes and procedures are met, protects data integrity throughout our systems, and partners with the team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives.


    Responsible for running all office operations.

    Serve as a business catalyst, driving transformational initiatives by aligning solutions with business needs, creating innovative approaches to address customer requirements, and building collaborative internal and external relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.

    Formulate and execute business strategies and multi-year strategic plans.

    Lead and oversee administrative activities, including:

    • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
    • Responding to customer inquiries
    • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
    • Performing minor accounting duties
    • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
    • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
    • Managing social media

    Basic Qualifications:


    • 5+ years of experience in administration and/or customer service. Background or knowledge in the Design Industry highly preferred
    • Experience with the full lifecycle of business development
    • Ability to formulate and execute a business strategy.
    • Knowledge of social media platforms.
    • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office or similar software.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Additional Qualifications:


    • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Possession of strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Salary:
    $65,000 - $75,000 annually

    Excellent opportunity for growth and advancement. Generous PTO and the ability to work a Hybrid schedule. Prefer applicants who are geographically commutable to Manhattan or Brooklyn.
