    Auric Private Wealth LLC DBA Auric Capital Partners LLC is an independent wealth management firm
    dedicated to providing personalized financial planning and investment management for a select
    group of ultra-high net worth clients.
    We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as a Vice
    President Client Service. The Vice President Client Service will play a crucial role in supporting our
    advisors and ensuring exceptional service for our clients. This position offers an opportunity to
    work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the success and growth of our firm.

    The person in this position will gain valuable experience across all aspects of an ultra-high net worth
    wealth management firm. They will be involved in client relationships, investment management,
    planning, business development, marketing, and management of the firm. This position will have a
    lot of responsibility across multiple areas of the firm.

    Ideally, this will be a two to three year position where the person will have exposure and training in
    all aspect of wealth management and then determine what area they want to focus on to further their
    career. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to gain experience and

    Responsibilities:
    1) Client Servicing
    a. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
    b. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address their
    needs promptly and effectively.
    c. Assist in the preparation of client meetings and presentations.
    2) Administrative Support
    a. Maintain client records and documentation accurately and securely.
    b. Process account openings, transfers, and other administrative tasks.
    c. Assist in the preparation and processing of client paperwork, including account forms
    and agreements.
    d. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients and third-party service
    providers.
    e.

    Daily monitoring of account alerts (ie:
    Margin alerts, collateral calls, deposits, check
    declines, overdrafts, funds due notifications, fraud alerts)
    f. Daily recap emails

    3) Operational Efficiency:
    a. Support the implementation and maintenance of operational processes and
    procedures.
    b. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    c. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
    d. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their
    implementation.
    4) Client Relationship Management
    a. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust, professionalism,
    and responsiveness.
    b. Anticipate and proactively address client needs and concerns.
    5) Financial Planning
    a. Input data into financial planning software.
    b. Ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
    6) Investment Management
    a. Assist Chief Investment Officer with investment analysis and portfolio management.
    b. Sit in on meetings and phone calls with third party investment managers.
    c. Monitor and fund alternative investment capital calls.
    d. Coordinate subscription documents for private investments.
    7) Business Development/Marketing
    a. Track developing new business opportunities in CRM.
    b. Manage firm's LinkedIn and social media.
    c. Coordinate with outside marketing firm.
    8) Business Management
    a. Create workflows to be input into Playbook Builder.
    b. Train future client associate.
    c. Proactively seek opportunities to service clients and improve processes.

    Qualifications:
    1) Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
    2) Previous experience in financial services industry
    3) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    4) Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and follow up
    5)

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
    Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
    6) Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
    7) Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
    Ideal candidate will have experience for high end of salary range
    1) CFP or have an interest in obtaining CFP
    2) Series 7 License or ability to obtain license within six months
