We are looking for a Implementation Analyst to join our growing team to help us to continue to deliver on our unrivaled commitment to our customers' success.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the end to end implementation of Icertis product implementations, ensuring successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Support requirement gathering, functional design and work closely with the product and engineering teams.
Execute and manage QA and testing during the implementation lifecycle.
Perform system configuration, testing and deployment activities across multiple engagements.

Contribute to internal product delivery capability development within the MPC Service Delivery teamSupport a team of Service Delivery team leads and Icertis Solution Architects across multiple product implementation engagements.

Support system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.
Providing subject matter expertise on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology, specifically Icertis.

Qualifications- 5 years' experience with systems delivery, with emphasis on CLM, S2P and P2P applications- 5 years' of consulting experience and/or forward-facing customer experience preferredPrior experience implementing IcertisExtremely strong client management skills and be able to collaboratively work with customers on technology implementationsExcellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the customer organizationExperience working on SQL and other databases, including software configurationBusiness Process Experience with a focus in the supplier enablement space and an analytical mindset and approach for solving problemsStrong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processesAbility to work under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks and customers, while meeting client deadlinesA curious mind constantly seeking out new knowledge and specialist skills outside your own area of expertise, as appropriate to the project and/or technology (Technical Curiosity and Aptitude)
