We have an exciting opportunity to work for a global banking and financial services corporation within their Investment Banking division as part of our Post Trade Services Team. You will be working as part of a fast-paced middle office team, communicating with multiple teams internally and externally. Key Responsibilities/ Role Requirements Daily Margin Management Process and validate margin calls for OTC derivatives and prime brokerage accounts Monitor collateral movements and ensure timely settlement and reconciliation Investigate and resolve margin disputes with counterparties Client & Counterparty Interaction Liaise with clients, custodians, and clearing brokers to ensure smooth margin workflows Provide support and guidance to clients on margin requirements and collateral usage Risk & Control Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FINRA, CFTC, Dodd-Frank, EMIR) Escalate margin shortfalls Maintain accurate records audit trails for all margin activities Process Improvement Projects Contribute to automation optimization of margining processes Support onboarding new clients products from an operational marging perspective Participate in cross-functional projects related to collateral transformation CCP clearing marging analytics Job Requirements Qualification Skills Requirements Bachelor degree or equivalent 3-6 years relevant experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Advanced Excel skills Attention detail Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working As we are Service Provider Consulting firm servicing clients our policy physically working from the office aligns client policies expectations Most our clients now require minimum days per week home days per week accordingly is also minimum expectation Delta Capita requires However some our clients moved up days in the office we require candidates flexible meet demands
