- Assist in the development and support of building SPED programs.
- Responsible for assisting in evaluation.
- Have an Indiana license in Special Education.
- Early Childhood Development Experience
- At least 5 years' experience in Special Education.
- Two years of experience with writing and implementing IEPs.
- Experience as a case manager is preferred.
- Requires prolonged sitting or standing.
- Occasionally requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials.
- Occasional stooping, bending and reaching.
- Must work indoors and outdoors year-round.
- Must work in noisy and crowded environments.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Work is generally performed indoors.

Job Summary: The case manager will advocate for LRE students, design, and implement high quality IEPs that effectively catalog student needs with clear objectives and outcomes in a timely manner. The case manager will be responsible for monitoring student progress, related services, program compliance, and participate in the review and revisions of IEPs as appropriate. The position will require the ability to assist other professional staff in the identification of learning disabilities, development of planned remediation, and the evaluation of student progress. It is the responsibility of the case manager to develop a positive relationship with the student and their family for the purpose of creating support for the student and his/her growth. The Case Manager also needs to be able to clearly and accurately communicate with administrators, colleagues, and parents to improve outcomes for all students.
