In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and update and maintain files.

You will work closely with administrative staff, other colleagues, and senior partners to provide excellent legal services to our clients.

The ideal candidate is experienced in all litigation phases. If you are a self-starter with experience in insurance law, we want to hear from you.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop risk mitigation strategiesPerform legal research and extensive due diligenceProvide legal advice to clients on all aspects of insurance defense lawReview, modify, and create contracts relating to insurance defense lawPrepare for and attend legal proceedingsNegotiate on behalf of clientsMaintain detailed and accurate client recordsSupervise paralegals and administrative assistantsQualificationsSuccessful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar examActive California State Bar licensePrevious experience with insurance defense lawStrong verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office suiteStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clientsThis is a remote position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
