    Job Description
    • Gastroenterology physician for hospital employed group
    • Design a schedule that meets your preferences
    • General bread and butter GI
    • ERCP/EUS desirable but not required
    • Manageable call responsibilities 1:4
    • Extensive network of Primary Care providers
    • Non-profit UNC community hospital
    • New graduates welcome to apply
    • GI's will service as consults for inpatient
    • Average 15-20 consults per week on the floor and ED
    • Cover all inpatient endoscopy cases
    • 4 Endoscopy Suites, Fuji scopes, dedicated block time
    • Anesthesia coverage 7a-5p and on call team at night in OR
    • Average 12-15 patients in afternoon office clinic
    Compensation and Benefits
    • Excellent guaranteed base salary $561,000 with bonuses
    • Productivity and quality bonuseslead to high total compensation
    • Significant Sign-on or Commencement Bonus

    • 30 days PTO
    • 5 days and $3,000 for CME
    • Occurrence based malpractice cover tail
