We are currently seeking a Director, Business Solutions to cover the United States. If you love being client facing, being part of an international team and delivering exciting solutions in a company that will look after you - then this role is for you You will be a key member of the team managing the delivery of Store Intelligence solutions in the our SymphonyAI Retail | CPG team.

The Director, Business Solutions will partner with our customers and our technology team in the design and implementation of customer-facing solutions built on our AI-driven Rebotics platform. You will drive sales growth for Symphony RetailAI solutions across the US market by delivering successful pilots of our Computer Vision AI based solution and assisting with their eventual roll-out to the retailers, primarily on the East Coast.

Product implementation/Project management

Provide leadership/ support to ensure flawless solution implementation of our technology platform for retailers, brands, and partners.
Evaluate system performance and monitor related system indexes to ensure solution stability.
AI training and model management
Due diligence in AI model training and data validation to ensure expected system performance.

Customer facing

Oversee the customer solution implementation of the technology platform from concept to commercialisation.
Deliver qualified service/consultancy to customers regarding how the system can deliver the highest value, and instruct the store operations team on how to use the system to achieve the best outcome.

Solution design

Proactively drive key technology issues and decisions through to satisfactory resolution.
Work with the product/technical teams to translate the customer business needs into product design and development specifications

What you will bring:

7+ years of retailing or technology implementation experience in areas such as SAAS
platforms or software development
Bachelors/Masters with a major in Operation, Business, Supply Chain, Information
Technology or equivalent
Skilled at developing design and requirements for solution implementation

Track record of consistently meeting or over-achieving assigned objectives and working in a quota-based environment
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong client relationship management skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Results-oriented with an ability to own deliverables through to completion

Strong interpersonal, written and public speaking skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple audiences and levels within both internal and external organizations
Strong project management and organization skills
Willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done

Ability to travel up to 30%
Experience and knowledge of retail and consumer product goods is a plus
