We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to become part of our team No mortgage experience necessary We are continuing to grow in various states Our team provides best-in-class support including STM Connect Mobile App In-House Marketing Agency Operations Team Priority Approval Dedicated Branch and Regional Support Credit Condo and Income Specialists Responsibilities include but are not limited to Guide customers through the mortgage loan application process Take loan applications and review supporting documents Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred Familiarity with financial and lending practices is helpful but not required Ability to build rapport with clients is critical Strong analytical mathematical skills Excellent written verbal communication skills English fluency required additional language skills are a major plus
