    The HTF Project Engineering team has an immediate opening for Sr. Advanced Project Engineer that will support the existing fielded HTF7000 turbofan engine family as a Fan Module Lead. You will partner with world class engineers and leaders to plan and execute a wide variety of complex technical projects. As owner of the HTF Fan Module you will organize and manage interdisciplinary teams to ensure those projects stay on schedule and on budget. You will solve production problems, drive root cause investigations, and work fielded issues. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement product improvements to reduce cost, maintain quality and resolve in-service issues. Finally, you will have an opportunity to plan and execute engine tests in support of these programs.

    • Budget analysis

    • Design change and certification process

    • Identify root cause and implement corrective actions

    We offer a Hybrid Schedule 3 days on-site/ 2 days off site

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    •Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

    •At least 6 years of relevant experience

    WE VALUE

    •Prior experience with mechanical products, particularly gas turbine engines.

    •Experience with production hardware

    •Aircraft manufacturer and/or part 25 hardware experience

    •The ability to prioritize time and resource effectively

    •The initiative to embrace new technology and the drive to turn that technology into product

    •Excellent oral and written communications skills; the ability to convey complex messages clearly as appropriate for the topic and audience.

    •People who consistently take the initiative to get things done

    •People who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision

    •The ability to build constructive working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.

    •EVMS management and methodologies

    •Critical thinking to identify root cause and implement corrective actions
