    The Field Executive Administrative Assistant position will perform the following duties:


    • Performs administrative duties for sales department and executive management.
    • Manages and maintains executives' schedules.
    • Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
    • Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
    • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including mail and email.
    • Files and retrieves documents, records, and reports.
    • Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
    • Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
    • Prepares agendas and initiates arrangements for internal, committee, board, and other meetings.
    • Makes travel arrangements for executives.
    • Travel to customer facing events and assist with event planning and execution.
    • Participates in associate appreciation event planning and execution.
    • Other administrative duties as required.
    Required Qualifications

    High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Minimum 3 years of professional secretarial experience is required.

    Must be service oriented. Ability to see/determine what needs to be done next without direction.

    Will serve as a liaison for management and associates.

    Able to write correspondence. Writing sample may be requested.

    Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

    Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

    Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Excellent word-processing skills wpm) and business writing ability, plus accurate and precise proof reading skills.

    Strong organization, analytical, attention to detail and follow up skills.

    Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and capable of working with little direct supervision.

    Strong sense of urgency and work ethic.

    Must be available to travel to company events, both same day & overnight trips.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) certification
