    As a Preconstruction Manager, you will be responsible for leading the preconstruction phase of data center projects, ensuring they are properly planned, budgeted, and executed.

    You will have a deep understanding of data center design and construction, as well as a proven track record of success in managing preconstruction activities.

    ResponsibilitiesLead the preconstruction phase of data center projects.
    Develop and manage project budgets.
    Manage and coordinate a team of preconstruction professionals.
    Oversee all aspects of preconstruction activities, including site selection, design review, and permitting.
    Ensure that projects are properly planned and budgeted for successful execution.
    Manage project risks and issues.
    Maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors.
    Represent the company at preconstruction meetings and stakeholder engagements.

    QualificationsBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in the construction industry.5+ years of experience in managing data center preconstruction projects.

    Proven track record of success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    Strong leadership and communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management/scheduling software.
