Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

$7,500 Sign-on Bonus

The sign-on bonus is available for external/new hires exclusively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments based on physician directives, including suggesting and acquiring adaptive equipment
Set measurable objectives and design treatment strategies to guide patients towards achieving their maximum level of autonomy and functionality
Foster open communication within the care team, physicians, patients, and their families
Maintain accurate and timely records of services rendered to ensure proper invoicing
Oversee Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides in providing direct patient care and related activities in compliance with state regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state
Valid BLS or CPR certification as per state guidelines
Preferred minimum of one (1) year experience in physical therapy
