    We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Analytics Engineer within our Data Management/Advanced Analytics and Modeling group based in Houston, TX.

    You will work with a team of scientists and engineers to tackle some of the most challenging problems in this field, using cutting-edge techniques and methodologies to drive innovation and help our clients make informed decisions.

    Contribute to the design, refinements, optimizations, and scalability of algorithm pipelines at scale
    Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mathematical algorithms and AI and ML models and data

    Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineers to understand their needs and help them with the end-to-end ML/AI development lifecycle.

    Enhance the Cloud and MLOps culture and practices, enabling the team to create solutions with improved computational performance, scalability, and reliability
    Optimize the performance of computational, ML, and LLM models in production environments in enterprise structures.
    Stay current with the latest advancements in high performance computing, ML, and AI, incorporating the learning into the organization's systems
    Play a key role in the design and implementation of large computational infrastructure and tools at scale to support the development lifecycle
    Well-versed in parallel and distributed computing on the Cloud with CPU and GPU
    Great algorithmic knowledge and data structures
    Distributing tasks and partitioning data
    Deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker
    Performance profiling
    Monitoring and analyzing the performance of ML models in production.
    Master's and/or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computational Mathematics or related discipline required.

    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience focused on deep industry and/or academic research related to Foundation of Computer Science, Numerical Modeling, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Mathematical Optimization.

    Proficient in Python, Julia, and/or C/C .
    Ability to work with minimal supervision.
