Acloché is currently looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join the team with a Hilliard client. The primary responsibility of the Data Analyst will be to collect and analyze data, generate actionable insights, and create reports and dashboards to aid in informed decision-making within the organization. As part of this role, the analyst will collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements, which will support business metrics and performance._ It is important to note that this is not a remote position._

Core Responsibilities:

• To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Gather data from various sources, including databases, ERPs, spreadsheets, and external APIs.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations Present data in a clear and understandable manner to facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing data quality checks and validation processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Integrate data from various sources to create a unified view of the projects data.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests in a timely fashion.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on performance trends.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organization needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• A bachelor's degree or comparable education in Computer Science or related experience is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Must be approachable, collaborative, and able to influence others through interpersonal skills. Toughened in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and comfortable quickly shifting priorities on short notice.
• Experience in the utility industry, especially in advanced metering initiatives, is beneficial.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products required.
• Proficiency in Excel tables, pivot table summaries, and flat-file data management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
