    [CLIENT] is looking for a talented Business Process Improvement Consultants to join our growing Federal team. We have an exciting opportunity to advise and spearhead an enterprise-wide initiative to optimize systems and create a data analytics Center of Excellence. We are looking for like-minded individuals passionate about data and analytics to join our Business Intelligence (BI) line of business.

    Location:
    All work currently remote, with possibility for some meetings in North Bethesda, MD/travel to Frederick, MD for client meetings, post Covid19


    CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
    U.S. Citizen able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

    Requirements


    Responsibilities:
    Support current state process discussions related to inter-agency agreement management, operating budget management, expiring lines management and prior year fund management
    Create business analysis documentation including use case, process flows, requirements traceability matrices, and data dictionaries
    Analyze current financial business processes and help identify opportunities to leverage data for business process improvements
    Work with Subject Matter Experts to create process flow diagrams, data maps and as-is and to-be process models
    Catalog and track business requirements in an organized manner and map the requirements to client deliverables ensuring business needs are met
    Assist Project Manager in scheduling and conducting and organizing findings from stakeholder interviews
    Create and organize meeting minutes in a structured format
    Provide data analysis findings to Project Management and Subject Matter experts
    Manage product documentation in an organized manner using (MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, etc.)

    Required Skills

    Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Business Process Improvement Consultant
    Fundamental knowledge of federal budgeting and financial management
    Experience facilitating and managing stakeholders
    Experience creating process flowcharts, RTMs and data dictionaries
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to query, analyze and organize requirements
    Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
    Strong writing and communication skills
    Experience in building and managing client relationships
    Public Trust clearance and/or ability to obtain clearance
