    Job Summary The Nutrition Informatics Analyst (NIA) works collaboratively with the software development team, the internal IT group, client IT groups, other client departments such as project management, pharmacy, nursing and administration, food and nutrition services departments and regional team members to implement patient meal ordering software in hospital accounts.

    General accountabilities will include partnering with the HL7 interface team to deliver a validated, customized interface for each hospital account including developing scenario-based testing scripts and leading HL7 testing sessions between client and patient meal ordering software technical teams.


    Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in dieteticsRegistered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration)Five (5) years or more of experience in healthcare as a Registered DietitianThree (3) years or more of experience in food service managementIn depth knowledge and understanding of hospital EMRs, specifically diet order entry as well as common diet ordering terminology and routine ordering practicesIn depth knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance standards for food and nutrition servicesPrevious experience with technology-based diet office software systemsWorking knowledge of interfaces between diet office software systems and hospital EMRsWorking knowledge of patient dining programsHighly proficient in Excel Apply to Morrison Healthcare todayMorrison Healthcare is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
