    Description:

    In search of a machine builder to join the team. Candidates will be responsible for the construction of new machines using hand and power tools. Candidates will also be responsible for the installation of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components. After the assembly of the machine is complete, candidates will run testing on the machinery. Candidates must have the understanding that this will not be a typical machine build position. This is a new project in EV technology that will require more focus and patience while still maintaining an efficient working pace. Candidates will need to be self starters. An assignment will be given for the day in the morning and you will be working by yourself to complete projects the rest of the way. Candidates will also be expected to make good use of down time to complete additional tasks or help where needed.

    Shift 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Must Haves

    1. 3+ years of machine building experience

    a) experience building machinery from scratch (start to finish)

    b) experience machine building in a team setting


    1. Experience reading schematics and blueprints to complete a build

    a) ability to receive instruction with a print and self start an assignment for the day


    1. Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude

    a) ability to use basic hand and power tools such as screw drivers, wrenches, drills etc.


    1. 1+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly

    a) Ability to perform basic wiring and installation of panels and circuit boards

    b) ability to build and assemble parts in an organized and meticulous fashion
