• Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, Evening shift 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Benefit Eligible

• Manage requests for security and emergency services
• Monitor and respond to various communication tools
• Prioritize calls based on urgency and criticality
• Record all activities accurately
• Initiate urgent communications as needed
• Monitor the safety and security of the physical environment
• Support a safe environment through various systems
• Process badge access change requests
• Perform preventative maintenance checks
• Other duties as assigned

• Associate's or Vocational degree in general studies
• 0 to 2 years of experience in dispatch, call center, or related function
