    Team Leadership:
    Supervise and motivate facilities technicians, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
    Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of work orders.
    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the department.

    Maintenance and Repair:
    Oversee the preventive maintenance program for all hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
    Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems, performing repairs or coordinating with outside contractors as needed.
    Manage and prioritize work orders to address guest and staff requests efficiently.

    Safety and Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures within the engineering department.
    Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
    Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and safety inspections.

    Communication and Collaboration:
    Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and external vendors to resolve issues and address concerns.
    Prepare reports on department activities and performance.
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

    Qualifications:
    Strong organizational skills
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel engineering department.
    Proven track record of success in leading and motivating a team.
    Strong understanding of hotel engineering systems and equipment.
    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors.
