    Amerock is seeking an innovative and highly organized digital experience manager to develop and continually evolve a superior user experience on its platform.

    The Digital Experience Manager will work cross-functionally with our brand, digital commerce and customer care teams identifying site enhancements that deliver an innovative, best-in-class user experience for both B2B customers and consumers.

    Job Responsibilities
    Owns development of the digital experience feature roadmap, working with stakeholders and third-party experts to implement
    Serves as primary business liaison to our platform provider, UI/UX design agency and other third-party solution providers
    Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, digital and customer care teams to identify customer and consumer experience improvements and define requirements for implementation
    Leads creation of test plans for site enhancements and performs testing for site design and aesthetic improvements
    Establishes and leads relevant internal team member and third-party relationships (e.g., technology vendors, consulting firms, etc.) to advance the digital product roadmap
    Performs non-coding related website updates such as creating, editing, posting and updating content and imagery
    Evaluates and evolves site navigation to optimize customer experience
    Understands and evolves PIM data structure to meet digital merchandising needs
    Applies SEO standard methodologies to improve content and site rank
    Owns onsite product catalog-to include new item setup, content and asset uploads and product activation
    Regularly reports on key projects and progress to senior leadership

    Leads creation of SOP and comprehensive training assets for a variety of collaborators including customers, customer care agents, sales team members, etc.

    In conjunction with director, develops and maintains budget for digital experience improvement initiatives
    Continual awareness of the latest trends in UI/UX and digital marketing
    Works cross-enterprise to identify leverageable technology opportunities
    Evaluates and recommends SEM opportunities
    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications
    Four-year college degree in marketing, technology, or related field
    5+ years of experience in project management, marketing, digital merchandising or technology-related fields
    Strong project management skills with a high level of comfort with multi-tasking
    Dedication to collaboration and a team-oriented mentality
    Outstanding attention to detail
    Effective communicator at all levels of the organization
    Creative, outside the box thinker with a passion for problem solving
    Excellent self-management and organizational skill

    Pay Range:
    $4, $7,791.30

    Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

    This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
