- Oversee the team of Maintenance Team Members
- Schedule and complete turns.
- Responsible for completing occupied apartment service requests in less than 3 hours.
- Manages the inventory of "ready" apartments to support the community's marketing and leasing efforts and inspects ready apartments for move-in quality.

- EPA Certified with 3-5 years related experience a plus.

- Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
- Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:
- Electrical Systems
- Plumbing
- Appliances
- Flooring
- Carpentry
