- Offer an excellent Best in Class experience to all customers, both on the phone and in person
- Master Lightyear scheduling system
- Complete all OEM service training
- Master Update Promise Customer Communication system
- Assist Service customers during repair process
- Assist Service Manager with tasks and duties as needed
- Day to day accounting tasks such as entering accounts payable entries into software issuing payments for AP entries, sending out invoices, and GL coding
- Generate sales leads and new revenue streams through new or improved strategies
- Answer phone calls and delegate to proper departmental staff when appropriate
- Work with customers to resolve issues and answer questions
- Manage delegation of emails received through the company inbox
- Assist with title work and VIN assignments.
- Performing routine administrative duties including handling incoming mail, managing company email correspondence, and assisting with errands as required
- High school diploma, or equivalent required
- Excellent computer & organization skills
- Active drivers license in good standing is required
- Parts/automotive experience not required but definitely a plus
- Strong knowledge of terminology, repair procedures and service requirements is essential
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, understand their needs and explain service recommendations clearly
- Ability to asses customer concerns, identify issues, and recommend solution while considering time and cost constraints
- Sales skills will be an advantage
- Prior experience in a customer facing service role, especially as a service advisor is preferred. Similar experience will be considered.

We are seeking a dynamic leader for a customer-facing position at our Streetrod Golf Cars dealership in The Villages, Florida.
This role will be integral in managing accounting, marketing, administration, and service writing duties. Working closely with our management team in Iowa, the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless dealership operations.
This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager, and indirectly to the General Manager.
