Electro-Mechanical Technician

A manufacturing company in Libertyville, IL is looking for a 2nd shift Electro-Mechanical Technician. This is a DIRECT HIRE

Requirements of the Electro-Mechanical Technician

• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Experience with printing and paper-converting equipment is a plus
• Use of machine and hand power tools, precision mechanical and electrical measuring instruments, gauges, and hand tools

Responsibilities of Electro-Mechanical Technician

• Use milling machine, lathes, surface grinders, and drill press to provide various products to increase production efficiency
• Fabricate using ARC, Gas, and TIG welding and cut, thread, and bend pipe
• Install, maintain, and repair printing presses and auxiliary equipment such as folders, collators, bindery units, buildings and environmental control devices
• Dissemble equipment and analyze complicated, interrelated mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic functions, singly or in combinations to activate devices, and intricate, high-speed operations to extremely close tolerances
• Set up and operate a variety of machines tools to make replacement parts, modifications and adaptations

2nd Shift: 4:30PM - 12AM Monday through Friday

Pay is $ $35.00 an hour, based on experience
