    Responsibilities:

    • Leadership: Lead and supervise the parking lot striping crew, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality workmanship.
    • Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule parking lot striping projects, considering client requirements and project specifications.
    • Quality Control: Oversee the application of paint and other striping materials, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.
    • Equipment Management: Manage and maintain striping equipment, conducting regular inspections and coordinating maintenance as needed.
    • Safety: Enforce and promote a culture of safety, conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate with crew members, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including materials used, equipment operation, and any challenges encountered.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a Parking Striping Foreperson.
    • Skills: Proficient in leading parking lot striping projects, including equipment operation and quality control.
    • Knowledge: Understanding of parking lot striping processes, materials, and industry best practices.
    • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse striping team.
    • Safety Focus: Commitment to prioritizing safety and ensuring a safe working environment.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work varying hours and weekends, as required by project demands.
