    The Treasury Management Operations Assistant is responsible for providing operational support to bank personnel and customers primarily in programs related to Treasury Management and any ancillary services. Includes data entry, research, as well as problem solving.

    As a Treasury Management Operations Assistant, you will:

    • Provide operational support to internal customers in online banking applications including maintaining accurate access, services, and account data.
    • Process and provide operational support for daily electronic transactions and products including Treasury Management Online Banking and the ancillary services.
    • Provide necessary reporting to bank management.
    • Review daily reports to identify and correct possible errors or omission issues.
    • Identify and suggest process improvements for daily tasks and department functions.
    • Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 2 years administrative and/or 2 years digital banking experience.
