Description

Ariva Homes, a renowned construction company specializing in residential projects, is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist providing administrative support. If you have a passion for the construction industry and enjoy engaging with clients, visitors, and staff, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist in data entry, filing, and documentation tasks.
Coordinate office supply orders and inventory management.
Assist in organizing and preparing for company events and meetings.
Handle general office tasks and support the administrative needs of the company.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role, preferably in the construction industry.
Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
