    Your RoleThe Strategic Programs Team is looking for a talented Business Operations Project Manager to support assigned programs with analysis, summaries, project coordination and documentation.

    The analysis part of this role will entail summarizing data to help understand the baseline statistics, then during and post changes help understand the impact of change.

    The program coordinator's part of this role will entail updating the program and project plans and task lists with its action, owner and due date clearly defined.

    To follow up with those action owners for status updates or resources needed to move forward.

    What will you be doingResponsibilities/Key ObjectivesWorking with Program Managers, PMO, Data Science and BI, &/or FP&A, support assigned program leaders with analysis of before and after data to help establish baselines, business cases, and outcomes.

    Create workstream-level plans connected via milestones to program-level plans in company collaboration tools.

    Produce and update project plans in company collaboration tools or coordinate these updates with other company colleagues, such as the PMO.Capture minutes and actions from program meetings and workshops following company standards and best practices of project management.

    Report project status to stakeholders and program leaders.
    Support program teams by documenting business requirements, communications, and training content.
    Support program meetings and workshops with pre-published agendas, action lists (project boards) via MS Teams or Zoom apps.
    Drive alignment and consistent communication across all participating team members.

    Support program with tasks such as onboarding new team members and may also own creation and execution of testing and training plans.*Applicants holding a real estate license will need to have their license assigned to one of the companys brokerages after 30 days of employment.

    What we look forQualifications1+ years of experience in project management is required.
    A commitment to mastering agile project management is required.
    A commitment to mastering Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.

    Experience with Office365 or Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets, with ability to use tools like charts, lookup functions, pivot tables, etc.

    A collaborative person who enjoys helping others, especially with using systems and technologyA person who takes pride in being accurate and timely.

    Right and Fast.

    Proven track record of managing time and tasks efficiently with minimal oversight, and ability to create and manage task queues, kanbans, and project trackers.

    A person who can communicate clearly via phone, email, chat boards and other collaboration tools.
    Preferred QualificationsFamiliar with basic Enterprise or Property Management tools such as MS Teams, Asana, Salesforce, Jira. Desire and competency to become an advanced user of these tools.

    Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Operations, Data, Information Systems or Project/Program managementComfortable dealing with ambiguity, ability to create focus and keep the team focused on program objectives.
