    Job Title: PVD Senior Engineering Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Elevate engineering and manufacturing excellence in the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) department.

    Drive fundamental improvements in module processes and equipment.

    Identify and seize opportunities for wafer quality and productivity improvement.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality wafer production and delivery.

    Proactively identify and develop talent within the team.

    Maintain day-to-day operations and troubleshoot equipment.

    Manage resource planning and task prioritization.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Legally eligible to work in the United States

    Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

    6+ years of experience in the semiconductor field, specifically in module process development

    Familiarity with PVD/Metal CVD or ALD 300mm tool process and equipment (AMAT, TEL, or ULVAC)

    Strong technical understanding of IC processing equipment, integrated flow, chemistry, and physics

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles

    Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

    Comfortable working in a clean room environment

    Willingness to relocate to Taiwan for a 9-month training period (major expenses paid)

    Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

    Quick assimilation to new technology
