    Office Manager Confidential Employer

    About the Role
    We're seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role oversees HR, customer service, and accounting coordination ensuring compliance, communication, and efficiency across teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    Human Resources & Compliance

    Administer benefits, open enrollment, and workers' compensation programs.

    Manage onboarding/offboarding, new-hire paperwork, and safety training.

    Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.

    Process payroll and coordinate with department managers.

    Stay current on employment laws and assist with performance management.

    Customer Service & Office Administration

    Serve as the main contact for customer calls, emails, and order inquiries.

    Enter and confirm orders, coordinate shipping, and resolve issues.

    Manage office supplies, mail, and vendor relationships.

    Oversee company fleet and driver compliance documentation.

    Track company assets and assist with internal reporting.

    Accounting Oversight & Support

    Oversee AP/AR processes, reconciliations, and month-end close support.

    Collaborate on audits, reporting, and annual budgeting.

    What You'll Need

    Experience: 5 8 years in office management or HR/administrative leadership.

    Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).

    Skills:
    Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication; proficiency with payroll and compliance systems.


    Work Type:
    On-site, full-time.
