Your expertise in ground-up construction and erection processes will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.     Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Industrial Facility Construction | Waco, TX

    Location: Texas

    Salary: 200k 250k

    Responsibilities:

      • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.
      • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
      • Lead ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
      • Manage the erection process, including the installation of structural components and equipment.
      • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
      • Implement effective cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
      • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards.
      • Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies.
      • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
      • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
      • Provide leadership to on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
      • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on ground-up construction and industrial plant erection.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
