Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Industrial Facility Construction | Waco, TX

Location: Texas

Salary: 200k 250k

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Lead ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage the erection process, including the installation of structural components and equipment.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement effective cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide leadership to on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on ground-up construction and industrial plant erection.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
