- Coordinate with kitchen staff: Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure all food orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
- Inspect food orders: Carefully check each dish for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before delivering it to the appropriate table.
- Ensure timely delivery: Work efficiently to deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly, maintaining proper temperature and quality.
- Assist servers: Collaborate with the serving staff to facilitate smooth service, including clearing tables, refilling drinks, and assisting with any guest requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Interact courteously with guests, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness: Keep the dining area, server stations, and food running stations clean and organized to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as restaurant policies and procedures, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with other duties: Support other restaurant staff members as needed, including bussing tables, taking reservations, or running food orders for takeout or delivery.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
