• Joining 4 Physician and 3 Advanced Practitioners
• Primary age group 18 and older
• Project Volume of patients per day
• Once established varies with providers

• Work week

• Mon
• Fri (5x8's)

• Procedures

• Annual Wellness, Minor procedures, Management of Chronic illness, Acute care, Women's health, Skin biopsies, toenail removal, wart removal
• On-Call 1 to 2 times a month, includes (weekend and Holiday rotation)
