    The Role:
    As a Charge Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for managing medications, supplies, and equipment, administering medications and treatments, implementing individual plans of care, and monitoring staff providing care. You will also participate in direct resident care, admit, transfer, and discharge residents according to procedures, and perform additional tasks as requested.

    Skill Requirements:
    You must have strong nursing and leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions. A current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) License is required.
