Position: Patient Coordinator

Office Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow
• Manage patient records and update information as needed
• Coordinate with dental and administrative staff for smooth office operations
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism
• Verify and process insurance information
• Assist with billing and financial arrangements
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Open Dental experience (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
• Experience in dental or medical office administration
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
